I want my clients to succeed, my programme is therefore over 90 days - one session a week for 12 weeks; research tells us that meaningful change is unlikely to happen in any less time. 12 weeks allows you enough time to learn new habits, adopt them and integrate them into your day to day life so that the change you make lasts.
I offer sessions virtually or face to face in the Oxford area.
