About me

Having been diagnosed with an autoimmune disease four and half years ago, I embarked on a health journey taking a holistic view of my health and wellbeing, and positive action to become the healthiest possible and halt my disease. Four years on, I have made that vision come true and have no signs of disease progression. 

I trained to be a Health Coach because I wanted to share what I have learned with others in a way that gets tangible and sustainable results. My clients to date have all met their health goals and continue to make progress one year on.

I specialise in supporting people to adopt a way of living, eating, moving, and resting which will increase their health outcomes and reduce inflammation in your body (inflammation is the root cause of many cancers, cardiovascular diseases, autoimmune diseases, etc.). If you want to lose weight, adopt healthier eating habits, and increase your overall health and wellbeing, I can help you.
